Had a fun Christmas vacation at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff helpful, especially with directions. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. Loved the beautiful view of the pool from our room.

It was tough to communicate with the staff sometimes due to language barriers. The location was a bit far from the city center, causing a minor inconvenience when it came to taxis.

Complimentary breakfast buffet supplies quality food and varied options to satisfy all tastes. the pool area is impressive, with a stunning waterfall and breathtaking mountain views. the hotel offers shuttle services to different locations, making it easy to explore without worrying about transportation.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from downtown and tourist attractions. Taxis are hard to come by and can be expensive.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were top-notch. the private facilities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, were exceptional and provided a truly indulgent experience. the garden area was beautifully manicured, providing a serene and peaceful retreat. the service was impeccable and attentive, ensuring all of our needs were met.

The only minor issue we experienced was the language barrier with some of the staff members. Although the online translator was helpful, it was at times difficult to communicate certain requests.
